UP Power on "S" Line in South Ocala

I took this picture at 4:50 pm this afternoon as I was completing a delivery run for the pharmacy I work for. The freight was stopped near a grade crossing either due to mechanical problems or awaiting a signal. Unusual in that foreign power down here is pretty rare, I think. Is this leased power or some sort of special freight run with a UP/CSX lashup?
