In GangMills NY back in August of 2002 I photographed a GP38 NS number 2947 still in Conrail blue the thing is is that she lacked dynamic brakes now I know the BAR got some of the PRSL GP38's can this unit be a EX. PRSL engine. THANKS in advance for any help you guys can give.
NS 2947 is exCR/PC 7906 built in 3-4 1971.this was a small order for only 4 units PC 7904-7907.they came with built out cabs for duel controls and w/o d/b.
