I suppose this could fit in a number of forums given Mr. McClellan's professional history, but chose Conrail as he
was so instrumental in both Conrail's beginning and it's end (as a Class 1, at least). Rest easy Jim, and thanks for
being one of "The Men Who Loved Trains".

Former Norfolk Southern senior executive James W. “Jim” McClellan, who played a significant role in shaping the structure
of the modern North American railroad industry, died Oct. 14, 2016. He was 77.
