Hi All,

I have noticed Union Pacific units twice on the past two weekends on a Saturday afternoon in the Shuswap Sub just outside of the Kamloops Yard rolling westbound. The first time the UP locomotive was a DPU so I didn't think too much of it. This past weekend I saw the lead unit and the DPU were UP locomotives. The rolling cars were tank cars. I didn't get a chance to get the unit numbers or a picture. The DPU unit on the end was a CP locomotive. I assume this is some type of track/sharing agreement they have? It just got me curious as to what and why the UP locomotives were running on CP tracks? I have never seen a UP locomotive rolling in these parts.

Thanks
