Mr. Mike Franczak, CP's EVP Operations has resigned today October 1st, 2012. I can't say that I am surprised. E. Hunter Harrison has usurped his position, and when he is done making changes he will want his own man and likely successor in the position. The EVP Operations is the man responsible for the Day to Day running of the company and many corporate departments report to him(Mechanical, Transportation, Engineering, etc.).
