Well, if PTSD happens to you and you're a CN worker from Michigan on down, there's hope for you. Here's an excerpt from a law firm in CHICAGO;

"....I just jumped. I thought I was going to die. I was pretty lucky, though, ‘cause I only had a few bruises. But I haven't been able to sleep since it happened. I'm driving my wife and kids nuts. I'm afraid to go back to work. I don't know what to do....."

This was on the Apache Railway in the 1960's, but I've seen many more recent images of very similar situations in the snowbelt region in Ontario.
