Hi all

In Argentina, you can find that, I think that is the last and only diesel electric BLH South America that is preserved and functioning. BLH is a RF-615-E built in 1953 by an order of 51 units for the then National Railway General Roca. These locomotives are preserved and in running order by a partnership of railfans, nonprofit, that Refresh and diverse operating historic railroad equipment.

I hope it was to your liking and even this small utility contribution of this survivor BLH in 2013 far from their homeland.
