BNSF salary and hotel during initial training?

Got my fingers crossed for an interview invite. Does the BNSF pay for your single hotel room during training? What is the pay during training?

Does the BNSF use a graduating pay scale (start at 75 or 80%) like some railroads have used in the past, or do they start out at 100% pay for 100% work performed.

Thanks.

Your on your own for a hotel room once you get out of trainning starting in July all new hires will be at 100% pay.

1088, do you mean the BNSF does not pay for your hotel room when you're on a road trip?

Thanks for the rest of the info.

I thought every hired BEFORE July 31st got 100% of pay AFTER passing the 15 week training course.

People hired AFTER July are back on the old graduated wage scale, starting out at 75% of full pay.

Yes, they pay for your room, you just have sign in. Whatever conductors you are assigned to for training will show you.
