When is Burlington Northern Santa Fe going to get the former CEFX AC4400CWs 1001-1025 since July is behind us by now?

these units are already on BNSF and have been for a while now. They have not been purchased by BNSF, only leased, so they are still CEFX units. There are also some CEFX SD9043MAC's on BNSF right now, provided by EMD as warrnty protection units for the SD70ACe's.

Are these the same CEFX units that were leased by UP and CP for the potash trains that were transloaded in Portland - and travelled via the former Spokane International Railroad?
