LOOKING FOR LOCO HERITAGE....

Was wondering, what was the heritage, of BNSF GP-38, #2367. Have seen it around, and although it's BN green, it actually has a bright orange paint job, peeking through in various spots. (not the BNSF "pumpkin" orange) Thanks in advance, for any info. Regards

According to THIS it was SLSF 697, built November 1972.

Thanks LCJ, I was wondering about Frisco, or GN heritage. The orange paint still has a decent gloss to it, where it's peeking through. Maybe some time with a pressure washer, might reveal a little more.......
