BNSF conductor jobs in Springfield,Missouri

Are newly hired conductors able to hold jobs in springfield, missouri.
Thinking about applying for that area, "old stomping grounds for me".
I would really like to get back to the show me state.
Any comments would be great, thanks in advance.

Well I know if they advertise a spot they usually need the help there. You should be able to hold something there. If they do force assign you anywhere it is usually a short time before you are back to your Home terminal. Engineers now are the ones doing the bouncing from div to div( mostly Chicago to help up there) but Conductors can get forced as well. Dont look for it to happen too muych as most areas are getting saturated with conductors ( lots of new ones coming on right now) so give it a try.
