A tiny burb on the local news.
East Belen Jct .... where is that? I work that yard five nights a week and I know of no "East Belen Jct."

The collision occurred just east of CP 8957 on the "Fuel Lead" track. The fuel truck turned directly in front of a departing Z train pulling off of Fuel Pad 1. The collision occurred at a BNSF employee crossing and not at Jarales Road crossing.

The crossing can be seen in this recent Google Maps update -

Looking from Right to left, the crossing crosses the Fuel Lead, Freight Lead, High 14, High 11 and High 8. In fact if you scroll up and to the left you will see one of the tanker trucks returning back to the tank farm to fill back up. Scrolling up to the end of the stack train on Fuel Pad 1 you will see another tanker truck at the rear of the train fueling the DP units
