I saw a BNSF SD40-2 at Interbay yesterday in H1, under the cab on the access door was painted "Houston OLS Maintained", then written in the dirt (obiviously by an person) along the walkway in two locations was "SCAB Maintained".
What is Houston OLS? I can gather that thier probably not union from what else had been written.
