I was going through some old trains magazines and I read an article about CN selling some of WC's former power. It said that Railworld bought some F45's and SD45's that would probably be used on the MM&A. These units were purchased a while ago yet there not on the MMA, so my question is where are they?

Rail World sold these locomotives to General Electric before the purchase of the B&A/MM&A. They were sent to GE's facility in Mexico where they were reportedly scrapped.
