There is a note in the December 1968 Extra 2200 South on page 22. It states that QNS&L 102 and 103 were built by MLW as RSC-3s and later retrucked to B-B. The unit serial numbers are 76110 and 76111 for these units built in July 1951. Can anyone confirm what trucks these early QNS&L units were built with? They were used in the early construction of the line.

The Diesel Builders Vol. 2 (Kirkland) shows them built as RS-3's, but I have no idea if that is correct. RS3's and RSC3's had the same spec numbers (ME-1600-R), so there may be no way to know in the records?
