It's part of a larger museum complex. There's a large area with steam tractors and other non locomotive steam contraptions. There's also a live steam setup (very narrow gauge railroad where the participants sit on top of their trains.
The trolley portion of the museum (the Oregon Electric Railway Museum) is well run and has a decent fleet of operational equipment.
