FALLER AMS & AURORA THUNDERJET SLOTS -- COMPATIBLE?

I'm adding Thunderjet 500 slot cars to the layout for the animated effect of moving vehicular traffic. No racing, just slow moving cars going in each direction, would like to run multiple provided they don't crash into each other.

Question if anyone knows; I know the cars are compatible but are Faller AMS track part and Aurora Thunderjet 500 track connectible/compatible?
