I hear Davidson got a $2.5 million dollar bonus, while he is on his way out. Is this ture? Who will replace him?

(MAJOR QUESTION): What will be his/her policy on rail excusions?

From what I read, he got a $2.4 million bonus (his salary is $1.4) plus over 616k in stock options. His replacement is a guy by the name of Jim Young.

I met Jim Young in beginning of April. He came to visit FTW since we have been #1 diesel shop in safety and releases (according to what I'm told). He seemed nice enough. I got off a locomotive onto a platform and BOOM, there he was. We knew he was coming but I thought he had already left. I was shocked. We talked for a minute or so and then he moved on with his entourage. There were many white hats in the shop that day.

25-Jul-06 DAVIDSON, RICHARD K.
Chairman 95,000 Direct Disposition (Non Open Market) at $0 - $83.96 per share. N/A

19-May-06 10B5-1 S/P FOR DAVIDSON, RICHARD K.
Officer 175,000 Direct Planned Sale $16,047,5001

19-May-06 DAVIDSON, RICHARD K.
Chairman 175,000 Direct Automatic Sale at $91.6179 per share. $16,033,132

16-Mar-06 DAVIDSON, RICHARD K.
Chairman 222,000 Direct Option Exercise at $56.50 per share. $12,543,000

And that is just from March of this year. I am sure Mr. Davidson is not hurting for money. Meanwhile I'll keep calling Timekeeping about that $12.00 claim they keep denying me.
