I have a question about the conductor trainee BNSF probationary period. Is it 60 days?, 90 days? When does it officially start? First day of your class or first day that you mark up?

any help would be great....

You get over your derail after 60 days, but classroom time dosn't count.

Our's started on the first day of class. Even classroom time counted. Could there be a difference between BN and AT&SF terminals? God knows there is in everything else.

Talk to your local chairman. He should have the straight information that pertains to your particular location.
