Is Edgemont, SD in the main seniority system?

Or, what seniority district is Edgemont in? (system wide or what)

Edgemont, SD is in the BNSF Wyoming Seriority District (part of the origional CB&Q system of seniority districts). Last I knew (L/2002) a person in engine service could transfer to another seniority district but would not be able to take his or her seniority with them.
