I have a phone interview this morning 3/20/18 at 11 am for a CSX track worker position. Has anyone ever had a phone interview with CSX before? I have never done a phone interview and have to admit my nerves are a little rattled. What kind of questions do they typically ask? I have been at my current job for 11 years now and I recall being asked a couple basic questions. Basically these are the hours and conditions of the job, are you ok with that? Are you ok with working outside? Simple questions with simple answers. This was with a very large government organization 
Also are there any CSX maintenance of way employees that work in the Worcester, MA area? I’m curious as to how steady the work is and if you are furloughed often. Thanks all!
