Anyone here in the forums work for Iowa Interstate Railroad? Their starting pay is $16.00 an hour and then after training goes up to $20 an hour with a 3% increase every year or so. Not sure how many years, though. Is this good pay? What's it like working for them.

I live by them and I can tell you to go to the Iowa Interstate group in yahoo. Lots of guys there that work for them or know members that do.
