US High Speed Rail Trainsets?

AFAIK, there are currently only two well-developed proposals in motion in the US for true(er) HSR: California and DFW-Houston (discussed in the General Passenger forum). Are the sets in this link under consideration for any city corridors?

I like so much the prototype of Nippon Sharyo high speed train. What I like least is the
four headlights over the windshield of the locomotive.

I will have placed the headlight
in the middle of the locomotive nose plus the ditchlights close to the pilot and finally,
I will placed the number frames of the locomotive close to the top of the locomotive.
