Anyone know what happened to the site?
I would be happy to host it if it needs a new home.
I hope its not gone forever.

It may be the webmaster had an oversight on his bill. It was just working a few days ago when I was putting up my links page, as I checked all of them and navigated quite a few sites.
My links page has some good stuff that may not be common knowledge
Especially if you haven't seen this site on the CNJ, check it out (
Under CNJ he has an interactive map where if you click on the cities, there's a wealth
of photos and info, especially for PA.
Try bluecomet again in a few days - good luck

Let's hope the website comes back online. It has certainly been one of the best photo archives for Anthracite railroads (and many others) for the last several years and it would be quite a loss to see it gone.
