I know these might be far fetched to search for, but can anyone guide me to where I might be able to find copies of blueprints or quality interior/exterior pictures on CNJ stations particularly those on the Southern Division? I am an architect looking for resources for an upcoming project. Thanks for any assistaance.

Go with the books Trail of the Blue Comet and Stations and Structures of the Central Railroad of New Jersey

No interior station shots, but you can get a good idea of the exteriors of most stations. What you will most likely want to see are the CNJ "standard" stations. A few of which (Fanwood, Matawan, and Red Bank come to mind) are still standing! Then of course you also have the station buildings of Elizabeth (the station on Broad and Morris), Westfield, and of course the old Jersey City terminal. The good old days of grandiose design for simple function!

The Southern Division was a little "eclectic" in station design, a little bit of everything. The "Trail Of The Blue Comet" book mentioned above will give you an idea of the variety.
