that would be a dream come true! Kittatinny Valley State Parks in Andover would be the contact. I believe the property just north of your complex may be private farmland, but don't quote me on that. With state budgets failing, it may not be developed for quite some time. I've hiked the whole line in NJ and it is breathtaking and would be a great rails to trails. Pequest area is very well maintained, as well as Allamuchy and Andover @ Mulford's. There are some parts in between heavily grown over that once cleared would be great. I recommend hiking and seeing as much as you can before it disappears.
