I think the engine house was used by the Pine Knot Colliery because they operated a 6 mile line in the area and the doors look too small for a steam locomotive. I know the Mine Hill & Schuylkill Haven operated there before RDG.

Does anyone have any info on RDG operations in Heckscherville?
