The Reading Company Technical & Historical Society's web site briefly mentions that the Reading tested the GE U25B in 1962. Does anyone know which GE U25B road numbers demonstrated and on which lines and for how long? Thanks

GE built demonstrators 2501-2503 in February, 1962. All four were sold to UP in July as their 633, 635, 634, and 636, resp. Builder plates were restamped for July reflecting the actual sale date and the start of the warranty.

It was probably this four unit set.
