New CWR delivered to P&W at Gardner

Apparently in the past month or so, NS/PAS has delivered at least two CWR trains to PA& at Gardner. See Alan LaPierre's photo from 12/26/18:

Anybody know where the new rail is being dropped? P&W routes radiating north and south out of Worcester have used primarily well-maintained heavy stick rail so the new rail could be going anywhere. TIA.

I thought I read somewhere that the first train dropped rail down around Holden.
