It's on the Providence & Worcester at Mill Street in Cumberland RI.

Valley Falls, RI, at the south end of the P&W yard. It's still there, and still used by the railroad as office space.

I'll take everyone's word for it. Everything behind it in the old photo appears gone. Also it looks somewhat different (maybe remodeled).
