Xinfen Railyard is located in Xi'an (Xinfeng County), Shaanxi Province, China. The station was originally built in 1934, expanded in 2007, It was comprised of 2 switching yards, 1 storage yards, and 2 departure yards. It serves as the Northwest freight hub for China National Railways, linking Ningxi(Nanjing-Xian) Railway, Baoxi (Baotou,Inner-Mongolia-Xian) Railway, Xikang (Xian-Ankang) Railway and Xi'an Freight Ring Railway.

The station was actually 40 km east to Xian, about 40 minutes drive. The main purpose was to test my new toy, Phantom 4.

Please bear with the heavy smog. :(

Enjoy. :-D

Amazing you are allowed to use drones over a busy railroad yard in China.
