I'm trying to find some color photographs of New Orleans Public Service uniforms used from the 1920s-1960's. I realize they no longer where a formal uniform like they did in those times. Were the colors black, navy blue? It looks as if their uniform cap was not the typical round top. Looks like a police style 8 pt cap. I would eventually like to prepare a collection of pictures and uniform artifacts to depict what the NOPSI uniforms looked like.
