Catching Trains in Ayden, Morehead City, eastern NC

Hey guys,

I'm usually on the New England and New York boards, but I'm taking a week off in Surf City and eating lots of real BBQ.

I've traveled around the eastern part of NC quite a bit and found some cool photo locations, like the ones in the subject line. Could anyone give me a good idea of when to catch trains in these locations? I'm sorry to say that I'm not even sure who operates these lines.
