The Marco Island line was built by the coast Line in 1927; the main customer was the Doxsee clam cannery. Growers shipped LCL shipments of produce. Thats about all there was. There was a turning wye. There never was a depot; passengers met the mixed train at a certain spot, to board. The line was abandoned in the 40s. If you have a lot of time on your hands do a web search for PALMM; there is a database of aerial photos, but good luck finding Marco.
