Waresboro Locomotive Yard Question

Hi everyone:

I heard that in a small town called Waresboro in southern Georgia just west of Waycross, there is an incredible collection of used locomotives. However, I also heard that the owner of this yard is very unfriendly toward railfans. Is that true? Am I recommended to visit this site? Thanks.
