Appalachian and Ohio

Could anyone pass along any information regarding the A&O's schedule or when their trains run. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Any contact info or help would also be greatly appreciated as well. I will be visiting the areas around Burnsville and Cowen and would love to grab some photos and chase some trains.
