Lake Norman, NC Bridges

Planning a fall trip to the Charlotte area and will visit friends on Lake Norman. Can anyone provide information about the two bridges that cross Lake Norman? One is in the northern section of the lake just below Route 70 and I-40. The other bridge is south of Route 150 in the middle of the lake. Information like who owns the trackage, train frequency on these lines, and viewing points would be helpful.
I did some digging and found: I don't think Amtrak runs over these lines. I think Amtrak goes south from Charlotte towards the coast and Myrtle Beach, SC not inland towards these bridges. I also found a commuter rail study / plan and at the least the northern line / bridge may be part of that study. I am also thinking that NS's Crescent Corridor is not run over these lines. Both lines look maintained from Google map views so something must be going on.
Thanks in advance for any information.
