This is actually a NYC/ Toledo terminal tower.

Terry, don't know if this helps or not. But the old Security Building in downtown Toledo was named the Nasby Towers before it was refurbished and renamed. Nasby Towers was named for Petroleum V. Nasby, a character in David Ross Locke's celebrated Civil War Essays.

Rick is correct.

Tower was named for the Nasby charachter of David R. Locke who was a noted satirist and owner / editor of the Toledo Blade.
