While looking through my late father's papers, I came upon a paper clipping from the Buffalo Evening news, from 1965. Perhaps it is of interest to the Group.

D.G. King Dies at 52; Helped Make Railroad Click
ARCADE, April 20 - Death has ended a 36-year association of the King Brothers on the Arcade & Attica Railroad.
Donald G. King, 42 (sic), one of the enginemen on the steam excursion trains, died Sunday in Sisters Hospital, Buffalo.
Don King, whose offical title was superintendent of maintenance and structures, like (sic) to work the week-end excursions either as engineer or fireman. His brother, Emmett, who runs the diesel locomotives during week-day freight hauls, would alternate with his brother in handling the throttle or the coal shovel.
The railroad will shut down tomorrow afternoon for the funeral. Services will be conducted at 2 o'clock in the residence, 52 Park St. Burial will be in Yorkshire Cemetery.
