How effective are the small plows on the engines today? The C420's had decent ones. Not that we have snow like Kansas does, but I'm wondering how effective thoses plows are especially out on the east end of the island with little train traffic?

There is a couple of videos of this train on you tube, this train got stuck in the snow and it took six units to push it threw. It also derailed badly at a crossing..............
