This guy sounds like one of the EXTREME foamers that make a bad name for railfans and cause the real railroaders to be suspicious of ALL fans. These people actually are DANGEROUS to have around the property because they are living in a dream world. They are delusional and, often, cannot even be trained to do the job "right"; the way the company would actually instruct their employees to do it. By referring this scab to the Local Chairman, you would actually be doing the company AND the scab a favor. Having run into these kinds of people when I was working, I can truly picture what a dork this fellow must be.
