Hello, Tom from NY here. lol.The Penn Esatern Rail Lines has 3 new arrivals, I know Im late on that Sorry. They now have: GP-9 #1701, GP38-2s #2173, and #2179. Does any one know what the GP38-2s might replace? Many Thanks for your help.
