King Of Prussia Switcher

I remember seeing a orange switcher and a few boxcars by the pa turnpike in king of prussia for the last few years. It was by a waste facility. Today I was in the area and stopped and found where I think it was but it looks like all the trackage was pulled up recently and crossings were newly paved over. Why was this line pulled up? What was its history? Where did the engine go to and who operated it?

wow what a shame wouldnt a running engine be worth more than scrap?

This may have been covered elsewhere but although the switcher ran, it was quite tired and more importantly, it had friction bearing trucks which means that it would have to transported to another railroad on either a flatcar or low boy tractor-trailer or have had its' trucks replaced with roller bearing models. None of these options are inexpensive and probably exceeded the value of the loco, especially when scrap value is taken into consideration.
