Help neededwith a switcher in Boyertown.

I recieved the following email, can anyone furnish any details and a photo? (RR, model, etc.)? Thanks!

This past week i was working in a railroad yard in Boyertown,PA.,there is a switcher getting new wheels as it sits now ,one side is on jacks without a
truck underneath. it would be a cool photo,unfortunetly i don't have a
digital camera,if you know someone in that area,maybe they can get the

It could be the East Penn 52, which I shot in Boyertown last year:


It's an former Bethlehem Steel locomotive, an ex-PB&NE SW900M if I recall correctly.
