Hello Folks: Some intel and a question!

A discovery (new to me at least) is that two pieces of Mount Penn (Reading) gravity cars survive. Two folks in Reading have spliced the end platform roof bonnets together with some benches to form a sort of gazebo. Ther are located #2632 Hill Rd (at Haag Rd) and #2401 Hill Rd (at Glen Lane) in Reading. Interesting stuff to photograph.

And check this out:

Does anyone know anything about this car, specifically its location? $25K is not unreasonable, but out of my league, but Id sure like to photograph it if the owner is amenable.
