There is a good summary of past RR stations (with GPS locations) in Shippensburg: http://www.west2k.com/pastations/cumberland.shtml" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; (scroll down near the end of the page).
It says the joint Reading/Western Maryland station was used as a library before it was demolished, but gives no dates. The Cumberland Valley RR became the PRR, its later station was about a block away.
The current Shippensburg Public Library appears to be nearby on W.King St, in the same general vicinity, but was not previously RR related from what I can tell. https://www.google.com/maps/@40.0495494 ... 312!8i6656" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
