The Hinkley Locomotive Works was one of 5 Locomotive works in operation in the Boston area around the turn of the century. Here are a few old adverts , pictures, and a brief history. I believe the site of the works is now part of the Mass Bay's Transportation Authority's repair sheds.

Assuming the address regime hasn't changed, the given address of 380 Harrison Avenue puts it on the west side of I-93 and the Fort Point Channel from the Red Line Cabot Shops and a couple blocks north of the Albany Street MBTA bus garage.
