Looking at the list of railroads on the 2019 New York rail map, I discovered some that I had never heard of and wondered if any of you could provide some insight on them. Reporting marks shown first: BHR Brookhaven Rail LLC (on Long Island), NBR Northern & Bergen Railroad LLC.

NBR is a shortline in New Jersey. Not sure why it shows up on the NYS map.
