I was at Letchworth over the weekend and stopped at the visitor center. They have several items for sale featuring the new bridge. What was interesting was the patches and some stickers had a train on the bridge in a pseudo-Union Pacific scheme. Gray top, yellow below. No lettering.
I wonder if a photo used for inspiration happened to have a UP leader on it? And the designer, not knowing any better, used that instead of NS locomotives.
