To the delight of three youngsters, here's NYS&W's UT-1 heading down Utica's Schuyler Street yesterday morning:

UT-1: Good video of Utica NYS&W street running...

The three children watching the train were smart enough to stay on the sidewalk
and not get any closer to the street with the train running nearby. The Engineer
has enough to worry about sharing the street with automobiles. I also noted the
letter combination on the NY license plate of the white SUV going in the opposite
direction of the train which was GTW...MACTRAXX

I also got the impression that this wasn't the first time they encountered the train--I'll bet they come running every time they hear it.
